insulation is in place throughout the walls and ceiling, without it the temp may drop even lower than it already is lol. Thanks though guys, i don't think i have the power to move threads but if i do i dunno how.

i'll keep up on my research, I want this room to be kept spotless and well organized.

Without anything in it the average temp is around 65-70 in the summer, best guess would be 40-50 or lower in winter which is coming soon. It's about 11.5ft long x 3.5ft wide and 8ft high. Veg room: 4ftx4ftx8 I have one oscillating fan blowing directly towards the circular vent of the 400w MH hood and it doesn't seem to get very hot. Average temps seems to stay around 74-77F.
