New Cabinet... Questions on lighting

i'm in the process of building my new grow cabinet and am at the point where i need to get my lights.... been hearing a lot about these new led grow lights that are out there and was wondering if anyone had any coments or anything on how they work or if i should just stick with the MH and HPS bulbs

what you need to do is read a book. Not trying to be a dick but your qestion comes up 10 times a week. if you want to get into growing you should read and read and read and red and read and read and read and read ad read and read and read then ask qestions:thumbsup:

but he really aint asking how to grow.... just that if anyone here has had any experience with led lighting.
