I think your problem is unrelated to the ozone.
You need to fully dry, and then CURE your plants to really get the best flavor/smell out of them. Give them about a 2-4 week cure after tehy are fully dry, and then see how they smell. IT should make a world of difference!

I have a stealth grow in a cab in my closet and have no way to vent air outside.
