$60 for an eighth of mids... what a crock of shit

All that is around here is stemmy-ass mexican shit weed and some mids that I have to pay $60 bucks for just to get a (light) eighth. What the fuck?

I must just not know the right people. I live in Raleigh, NC and that is not a terribly small city. Also, Duke, UNC and NCSU universities all within 30 miles. So I know there must be better weed around here somewhere. I guess I'm going to have to start hitting the bars more often and trying to spot tokers to befriend. I don't know... maybe this area of the country just has no good weed. In Cali I got a fat quarter of high quality trainwreck for $60. That I could deal with.

All I know is I"m never again paying $60 for a few grams of mids again. I would rather just be dry. I had been dry for a while, so I decided to give the one dealer I know in town another try. I came back from his house feeling like I had been raped. It's just not fucking worth it.

Alright, I'm done venting. Sorry about that. I need to move the west coast.

I hear ya on the price gouging. It was pretty dry in our area for a while. i was paying $100 for a 1/4 oz of mids. That's when i started growing. I haven't bought a bag in over 4 months now, i'm never dry, and it's 5 star shit.

do a small closet/cab grow. you'll thank yourself in a couple months.

$60 mids was the reason I started growing. Sick of dealing with scummy dealers. It's been probably 3 months since I've had to buy. My first grow wasn't too great, but it was still better then what I was buying before.

My next grow should be some stanky ass buds though. I'm not even going to know what to do with myself with real quality shit.

He and I am in the same type of area in the south....they don't even know what good weed is here.

To these rednecks, they think they got something good when they got low mids. The best bet is to grow your own, then share a little with your friends to show them what really good weed is all about.
