Just wanted to say thanx very much to N2 on the dillution sticky, followed his instructions to the tee except i found out about the test 16 hours before it was happening. I used powerade instead of water and multivitamins , ihad a dip test and passed today. thanx again i got the job....:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

How long were you clean for? Age? Height? Weight?

clean for 16 hours im 33 years old weight 67 kilos height 5ft 11inches
