The other thing......sounds like his harsh conditions ("I only water when the earth cracks open") may contribute to his problem as well.

Looks like a very nice healthy female bud with up to quarter inch large balls. Is it possible that I am making mistakes about growing? I fertilize about 2 times a year, water only when is very dry soil, usually it is raining a lot. I remove male plants as soon as possible - check them every day. Is it natural that I got more than 10% of hermies? I know a lot of ganja growers, but no one has this Rating: 5

I don't remember I water them at all, because there was so much rain this summer, in fact too much rain.. Do you think the hermie would appear because of water?

Just a semi-noobs 2 pence,but are these seeds from last years plant of the same strain? doesn`t a hermie seed carry the possibility of being a hermie in its genes?
