DP, I appreciate the insight into the height issue. I hadn't thought that much about height, as I am a firm believer in lst'ing. But, given your input, I may have to increase height as much as I can. The height would vary given the pitch of the roof if I were to build up to the rafters, but I should be able to build maybe up to 6 feet.

McDanger, I appreciate the thoughts about the AC ducting. I was thinking about the same thing as you, with regard to the smell seeping back through the ductwork into the house. I agree will need to prevent negative air flow. My family member has extensive experience with HVAC issues, so he's probably already all over this issue, but what do you think about running two narrow ducts from my main HVAC ductwork - 1 to service the grow box with a filter to prevent negative airflow, and 1 to allow an in-line fan to service the cooltube with another fan to exhaust the cooltube?
