this is what i do, i spray one shot of this BODman spray on me. i then put visine eye drops in, and im good to go. the rest is just acting normal. although once i have come home and went looking for munchies and my dad said "for someone who just came home from being out to eat, you sure are hungry" i just told him they got my order wrong and i didnt end up eating much of it.
