Socal to Bay - Doc Rec Works? Travel ?
So was wondering if a person can travel from deep socal to bay area with a doc rec. from home town in socal (no state issued card), and work with places up the the bay area? Do you have to have the county issued card to work with that county?

Not trying to be mean but Im not really sure what you just said. If you are talking about finding a job.... one only needs a DL and SSN/card and a desire to work. If you are looking for "work" and to travel with it you are allowed to travel with 1/2 lb anywhere in cali with a valid recommendation from a doctor!

"Work" was meaning working with the shops (buying from them). Not like "Headies" "work" "supers".

Nope, you're fine with just your doctor's recommendation and California ID/Driver's License to get into most clubs in the Bay Area. I say most because there are a couple that require a State/County card (like Purple Heart in Oakland). I know Grass Roots Clinic, Divinity Tree, and HopeNet (all in SF) will let you in with the doctor's rec/California ID, granted they can call your doctor and verify you as a legitimate patient.

IMO, the best clubs in SF are Grass Roots Clinic, Divinity Tree, HopeNet has kinda fallen off a bit, but they're still good.
Currently, my favorite spot in the whole Bay is Purple Elephant in Alameda. Great meds, great staff.

it works fine. I moved from san diego to oakland all i had to do was get certified as a oakland co-op member which was 35 dollars. then i was able to get into all the clubs.
