Plants wont Flower!! Please Help

Heres the problem:

Im running a project with my friend....12 Hempy Buckets vs 12 Drip Ring 5 Gallon Buckets...

The strain is the OG black Haze....90-120 flower....

both of the rooms are the same 6 x 12 X 10 but only half the rooms are utilized(6X5X10). the hempy buckets are getting 2-1000w hps, the 12 drip rings are using 4 - 1000 hps.

The problem is We flipped both rooms on August 1 and the drip ring room has dime size buds starting everywhere.....the hempy bucket size are still just preflowering.....Both rooms have been used before and have been tested for light leaks. the hempy bucket side are a little larger in size but the plants arent producing any buds yet! The drip rings are being feed AN sensi A + B and all the supplement....they are being fed according to AN website.....The hempy buckets are getting the lucas formula with GH flora series.

E-Rate of application (if hydro, this is your PPM number, preferably after each component is added) - handwatered every other day.
E-Lighting source and distance from plant- 2 -1000 hps about 3 ft from tallest plant
E-Air temperature (both day and night if you are running a dark period) - day -58-64F night - 70-72
E-Air % Relative humidity-40-45%
E-Lighting schedule 12/12
E-Type of ventilation your room has.....2 vortex 470cfm exhaust..passive intake with 1.5 ton a/c
TR-Did you pre-soak your media in pH corrected solution? yes

Heres some pics...the largest plant is about 6.5 ft. but the plants range from about 3.5 ft to 6.5 ft.:

The plants look droopy because the pics are taken with the light just about to come on....

its been 22 days in bloom......my cfl plants with just 6 -26w cfls are preflowering just as much.....im just worried that i need to add something to the lucas formula(my first run using lucas formula)....like some monster bloom or something....maybe some open seseme....i dont know at this point...the plants look fantastic but usually this is a strain that can produce close to a lb. a plant.....and the plants are no where close to previous grows with this strain.

If this is your expected flowering time then all you need is patience, listen to Anbesol, he knows his shit

They will grow :thumbsup: You can't force a good thing

Take your time. Dont count the days. Just the weeks. and Dont even think about buds until at least the 4th or 5th week with your grow. Dude your plants look healthy as hell. and they look normal for your time. I have had clones of NYCD in flower for 2 weeks now and all i have are little pistols. so dont worry. its all about genetics. dont do anything different. just relax. and get high. go buy your self a bonsai plant and let that take your mind off your grow. a watched pot never boils. watching grass grow, wont grow
