how long to harvest?

my babies are in their third week of growth. i was wondering when i should turn the lights back to induce flowering and when i should harvest after that. also what is a general timetable of how long the cycles take? can i induce flowering in a plant that is only about a foot or is that too early?

everything depends on the type of plants u have!
i say flowering at one feet is too soon, but if your plant has allready 8 "floors" of leaves, u could launch flowering...
be precise in your question... what kind of plant? what does she looks like? send a pic perhaps ?
