im new to this board so not really sure if I needed to start a new thread since there are many others like this but ill post my qs here and I hope someone will reply . Im about 110 lbs, and 5'3" fast metablolism, exercise about 3 times a week and smoke about 2-4 puffs off a joint every other weekend. The last time I had about 2 puffs was last Sunday ..ie a week ago. I have a preemployement DT in 2 days (so that'll be 8 days since the time i last smoke). I did about 35 minutes of cardio in addition to my usual weight for 3 days since tuesday. I hurt my foot and couldnt do cardio yesterday (friday) and i dont plan to exercise these last two days. I have been getting alot of fiber, takign cranberry caps and drinking a lot of water. I plan on using dilution & taking vitamin B and creatin for today and tomorrow. What do you tihnk my chances are of passing...and is there anything else you think I can /should do to pass? I'm new to this city and dont really have anyone who can help me use the substitution method!
