    microbe additives for soil

Been awhile since I looked at this thread. When I first posted about adding beneficial bacteria and fungus I was starting of what I wanted to be an organic grow.

Since then I've learned more about "mike"

    The Benefits of Mycorrhizal Fungi

The product I first used was aurora innovations oregonismXL.

Now I've learned about the balance between bacteria and fungus in soil and teas. Mike can be introduced with like the product stated before but bacteria i believe is best introduced with a good EWC tea w/ some molasses.

I'm going to start a new grow soon, thinking organic soil vs organic coco.

    microbe additives for soil

I don't hang much in the Organics forum, but I do remember being told that most potting mixes already have beneficial bacteria, and the idea is to keep them alive and healthy. No need for additional beneficials, if you are caring for those already there.

Be very wary of marketing tactics. Especially in the marketed organics world where blind faith is freaky-rampant. They are trying to convince you of the need for thier miracle crap. Just like Superthrive, vitamin B, transplanting shock liquids...all garbage. And use care with organic teas...they are a great place to breed e-coli and the like.
