iv been doing research on lighting and my mate said that my 200w cfl grow light gives off mor light than a 4x fluoro tube light. and that my light can penatrate up to 10" and the tubes only 4" is this true or do i tell him hes talking crap. i think hes full off crap my self so can any 1 help im getting confused like mad.

"help me". hi there im wanting to grow but i think my space is to small for what i want to do im wanting to flower in a 2.5'x2.8'x3.5' and the 3.5 is the hight i want to use floresants but dont know what type to get and haw many plants could i get in the space if i do SOG.
