Yeah, the whole drug testing thing really sucks. I've quit 2 jobs with employment agencies in the past 2 years because of my failure to submit to a test. I've failed before and passed once just from abstaining but I feel that drug testing unfairly includes THC in it's list of illicit substances. Fundamentally, I think that drug testing in general is unconstitutional and a 4th amendment violation. It just seems ironic that the least harmful substance on their "lists" is the one that stays in the blood stream the longest by far. I'd rather be working with folks who smoke a little weed at home than an alcoholic or hard drug user who's likely going to be less productive etc.
