Ephedrine has been banned for a while now but you can still get it in some asmtha medications and do a caffeine stack if your looking to drop weight fast a caffeine/epedrine stack always helped me but are not the safest options IMO. Also Creatine is only really good for bulking up because it throws lots of water into your muscles, I would only use it for bulking and not to reduce bodyfat. As a couple people stated above the bottome line is diet, working out the RIGHT WAY (HIT training is a joke). Also recovery time for your muscles is key if your lifting.

So I wonder what will happen to my body if I take that shit, then lift weights and then toke afterward?? That supplement would give me sleeplessness but cannabis would give me sleepness, who wins?
