Im sorry but I think everyone is way off base and speaking from inexperience! Hydroxycut is a thermogenic and no-xplode is a vasodialator. There purpose is two different things. products like hydroxycut (thermogenics) are meant to heat the body up therefore burning more energy at rest. energy in the body is calories. burn more calories at rest + more while in movement....burn more calories = lose weight. Vasodialtors like no-xplode are meant to dilate the blood vessels to give that extra pump look and feeling while doing resistance training. One burns calories and one builds muscles!

now for your question... Ive spent many years in health and fitness. my only two passions in life are cannabis and trying to stay healthy long enough to enjoy it! Over the years ive done and tried everything!!! I mean everything. From diets, to exercise programs, every supplement... including the bonds special and have come to one conclusion.... genetics, hard work, and time are your best way to success. Look most of these products do work. over time...but they are not miracle pills that will give you something that your genetics wont support! many of them are somewhat dangerous without proper knowledge of what they are and how to use them. I would never say any of them are as benign as say cannabis! look, bottom line is if you need results fast...use the product but know youre gaining 10-15% better results at some unknown cost to your body. After all my years of training, supplementing and spacial diets I follow a simple routine that keep me in great shape. I would like to point out the I dont define diet as a weight loss measure but a means of gaining nutrition. Currently I feel Im in good shape. all i do is.... eat very clean, whole foods. the less processed the better. I have some 15's and 20's, a swiss ball and a yoga mat for resistance training that I do one hour three times a week. I co cardio 4-6 times a week which consists of a 1.5 mile jog and a couple of laps in a lake by my house. this is the least effort Ive put in to my body in ten years but i look and feel good because Im putting in the right effort. A gym and more pills/powders would give me that extra 10-15% at a cost of $2-300 a month! not worth it for me!

i actually think that cannabis after working out has helped me. I believe, no empirical data here, that it helps lower stress hormones like cortisol that pump thru your body during a work out. hey, even arnold smoked grass back in his lifting day! as far as exercising and smoking. I dont get the point. I have never had a good resistance training session while high, I cant push myself. But on the other hand I often do cardio on a 100% sativa. It allows me to turn my mind off and zone into the run/swim. But overall i say they dont mix! Everything is good in moderation! just work hard at what your doing and results will follow. PM me if you have a question, if i dont know it I find someone who does!
theforthdrive Reviewed by theforthdrive on . Supplement+Cannabis Hey Today, I just got this supplement called NO-XPLODE, it gets u pumped for workout. I usually work out in the evening and some time in the noon. So I wonder what will happen to my body if I take that shit, then lift weights and then toke afterward?? That supplement would give me sleeplessness but cannabis would give me sleepness, who wins? Rating: 5
