Not knowing the active ingredient, and also not being a doctor, I have no idea how your body will react to that supplement. However, when I was a more serious athlete, I learned to distrust supplements with a lot of caffeine in them, because they made my heart race and left me burned out and dehydrated. Cannabis can also dehydrate you, so be EXTRA careful to keep your fluid intake appropriate to your level of exercise!
Personally, I'd avoid the supplements and work within traditional methods such as tweaking your training schedule and diet... but that's just me...

I'm going to stick this in health where our resident med folks can help you out more um... helpfully?

I usually work out in the evening and some time in the noon. So I wonder what will happen to my body if I take that shit, then lift weights and then toke afterward?? That supplement would give me sleeplessness but cannabis would give me sleepness, who wins? Rating: 5
