again you are taking a mix of 180g and have no idea how much of each! The l-arginine AKG is usally what I thought was used to dialate the blood vessles but they have it under a different subsection, mata-fusion. they usally list top to bottom, left to right with the largest amount being on top and left. So Im sure there is more of the L-arginine than anything else. the AVPT section looks alot like a creatine mix!

Been using that supplement, NO-Xplode and it definitely works for me with two scoops.... and I love it! Thereby, I did toke after working out, I felt fine.

Ephedrine has been banned for a while now but you can still get it in some asmtha medications and do a caffeine stack if your looking to drop weight fast a caffeine/epedrine stack always helped me but are not the safest options IMO. Also Creatine is only really good for bulking up because it throws lots of water into your muscles, I would only use it for bulking and not to reduce bodyfat. As a couple people stated above the bottome line is diet, working out the RIGHT WAY (HIT training is a joke). Also recovery time for your muscles is key if your lifting.
