Cannabis can also dehydrate you, so be EXTRA careful to keep your fluid intake appropriate to your level of exercise!
Personally, I'd avoid the supplements and work within traditional methods such as tweaking your training schedule and diet... but that's just me...

I'm going to stick this in health where our resident med folks can help you out more um... helpfully?
If you had a proper diet you wouldn't need supplements.

My best advise 4 NO-XPLODE is taking it early(in the day) and starting with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance.
This stuff has a strong stimulant effect I don't smoke 4 a couple hours after taking this stuff or an ECA. Best of luck!

Anything that gets your heart rate up is not good to take prior to exercise. But, young and dumb have been doing it for generations and it won't stop with you. Haven't you heard of all these kids, your age, dropping dead on basketball courts, football fields, etc!

You may survive it, most likely will! If you already have a minor mental prob.; leave it alone! There will never be enough studies to say what it does to your brain and it already needs a bit of help!

If I could cut & paste: Veggii says it best; "Sounds like you made up your mind. You'll do as you want!" 'Are you still here?"

You have every explanation in the world above, not to do the latest craze! Coca-cola with aspirin has a new high and this is it for today's generation?! today's athletics, have taken that crap and find out years later, It Was Bad for Me! Like boxers who kill their family's. Guess, it would be a 'stepping stone' drug for you to get something else if it doesn't do what you want!

Apparently, you want to buff your body for looks. That is superficial and you sound determined! I admire exercise nuts, use to be one.

Let us know if you have a stroke, if your heart rate gets too high. Natural exercise will increase your heart rate, which is the purpose of exercise. You don't need it with the above proper advice!

So, drink the stuff, take your pulse, skip the exercise and toke! You want to take care of and not abuse your body with supplements. Take care of yourself, a bit better! :hippy:

Creatine is NOT the same as carbohydrate!!!
Carbohydrate is a fancy word for sugar or starch, and refers to chains of carbon that your body can break to give itself energy- the C-C bond is one that has a lot of potential energy just waiting to be released and used.
Creatine as you said is composed of amino acids, which are the 'building blocks' from which proteins are made. You would want a diet high in amino acids especially for bodybuilding, where you are trying to convince your body to use the energy you give it to put on a lot of muscle bulk, which requires a lot of protein for its amino acid content.

    Here's more info:

they put creatine, guarna extract(which is actually just "naturally occuring" caffiene, and taurine in SoBe drinks.

if i dont drink a soda for a day or two and then i drink one of those, my heart will race, and it doesnt even have a very high content of caffiene.

So if you are worried about your energy level and you body build, you shouldnt drink much soda as it were, and then drink a sobe, it will give you energy and it has a little bit of the creatine boost, plus, its not enough to make a devastating crash, just enough to get you pumping, and then the ever questioned taurine will do whatever it will do.

Im sorry but I think everyone is way off base and speaking from inexperience! Hydroxycut is a thermogenic and no-xplode is a vasodialator. There purpose is two different things. products like hydroxycut (thermogenics) are meant to heat the body up therefore burning more energy at rest. energy in the body is calories. burn more calories at rest + more while in movement....burn more calories = lose weight. Vasodialtors like no-xplode are meant to dilate the blood vessels to give that extra pump look and feeling while doing resistance training. One burns calories and one builds muscles!

now for your question... Ive spent many years in health and fitness. my only two passions in life are cannabis and trying to stay healthy long enough to enjoy it! Over the years ive done and tried everything!!! I mean everything. From diets, to exercise programs, every supplement... including the bonds special and have come to one conclusion.... genetics, hard work, and time are your best way to success. Look most of these products do work. over time...but they are not miracle pills that will give you something that your genetics wont support! many of them are somewhat dangerous without proper knowledge of what they are and how to use them. I would never say any of them are as benign as say cannabis! look, bottom line is if you need results fast...use the product but know youre gaining 10-15% better results at some unknown cost to your body. After all my years of training, supplementing and spacial diets I follow a simple routine that keep me in great shape. I would like to point out the I dont define diet as a weight loss measure but a means of gaining nutrition. Currently I feel Im in good shape. all i do is.... eat very clean, whole foods. the less processed the better. I have some 15's and 20's, a swiss ball and a yoga mat for resistance training that I do one hour three times a week. I co cardio 4-6 times a week which consists of a 1.5 mile jog and a couple of laps in a lake by my house. this is the least effort Ive put in to my body in ten years but i look and feel good because Im putting in the right effort. A gym and more pills/powders would give me that extra 10-15% at a cost of $2-300 a month! not worth it for me!

i actually think that cannabis after working out has helped me. I believe, no empirical data here, that it helps lower stress hormones like cortisol that pump thru your body during a work out. hey, even arnold smoked grass back in his lifting day! as far as exercising and smoking. I dont get the point. I have never had a good resistance training session while high, I cant push myself. But on the other hand I often do cardio on a 100% sativa. It allows me to turn my mind off and zone into the run/swim. But overall i say they dont mix! Everything is good in moderation! just work hard at what your doing and results will follow. PM me if you have a question, if i dont know it I find someone who does!

Which brings a question because I researched the contents of both, which are similar and didn't even see the distinction in types, but rather both contains similar ingredients. I taken hydroxcut over a period of time, but not NO-XPLODE.

Which is the active ingredients in each?

Thats the million dollar question! People with knowledge sometimes have a hard time even figuring them out! the issue is they dont want to you know what your taking... look at this.

Hydroxycut Ingredient Research - Details on the Various Studies Conducted on Key Ingredients in Hydroxycut

never says an ingredient list!! but lists (Garcinia cambogia extract, Gymnema sylvestre extract, and chromium polynicotinate) these three their purpose, crub hunger and controls blood sugar BUT I would still same the MAIN ingredients are caffine and something that mimics ephedra. But you would never know it from their "independant peer reviewed research" ie... those guys we paid! they do have the full list on a pop out on another page...but the problem is that you have no idea how much of an one substance you are taking! They brake it down into two sections a 1.32 gram of four things and a 414 mg of four items. It appears the first is to curb appetite and the second is about 200mgs of caffeine from different sources! Ill have to go look up No-xplode. I should point out too that the reason I have to look this stuff up is they are constantly changing the list! adds to the confusion!

Not an expert but i've trained on and off for a few years and tried a few supps from time to time. NO-XPLODES active ingredient is creatine monohydrate and I imagine hydrocuts is caffeine, most thermogenic supps use caffeine as the main ingredient. They'll probably both have a lot of other stuff in them too, i've had fat burners like hydrocuts with guarana, chromium pic, l carnitine etc.

I've used fat burners and creatines in the past and both made me feel really wired but a few spliffs on a night sorted that out. I never had any problems. Personally i don't like to do either for too long, a couple of weeks of fat burners to kick start the process is enough for me and I cycle creatine as my stomach gets a little irritated by it after a few weeks.

Creatine don't work for everyone, but I think it's great, good strength increases, good pump, increased weight etc. IMO creatines pretty safe, there's some supps out there that are waaaay more powerful and harmful, just make sure you drink plenty of water, if you're still worried you can get liver support tabs

I reckon the right supps can help but without proper diet and training your wasting your money.

    Good luck! :rastasmoke:
