Look at that guy. Would you want him as your neighbor? And if he was, what would you want him using? Just going by that dude's looks, I would have been happy to see the plants, and not whiskey bottles, all over the yard! Is that dude smart? Obviously, no. Is he even "all there"? Doesn't really look like it, but I don't know him. Sick, treating something? He's 55, he should look better than that- so, possible. Less likely to be violent if stoned to the max 24/7?
