advice please

hello...i have read a lot of the posts and i am still unsure on what to do...any advice would be great...so thank you in advance

i used to be a heavy smoker...at the end of this month i will be clean for 120 days though...i am pretty sure that i am going to be hair tested for a new job...

i am female and my hair is an angled bob (longer in the front and shorter in the back). i am curious if the testers tend to take from the longest or shortest area of your hair...

also what method should i take in order to pass this test...

i have dark hair and it is pretty thin...i am unable to cut my hair rather drastically due to suspicions (and i am partial to my cut )

can anyone please give me any advice on the best method to do for a test coming up in the next two weeks and the time in which i should do everything? how long does the history go back to?

i would really like to get this job...thank you very much!!!

well I am not sure about hair.. But I have read that in hair it can go back as far as a year... I also read that those shampoos do not work... try and read some of the threads on here . Some of the advice is really great ...Just read .,..that is what i did..But that was for urine and good luck

They usually only take 1 1/2 inches next to the scalp I believe. You could try some of the shampoos. I've heard the Zydot is supposed to be pretty good. But with it being over 90 days and you just smoked a small amount in between you'll probably fine. I would still shampoo though for added insurance.
