If you hadn't noticed, they controll congress right now, and up until the Bill Clinton years, they controlled congress for about 30 years straight. The cannabis prohibition knows no party lines. Both parties are equally ignorant on this issue. The difference is most democrats are willing to "let you believe" that they would be pro-cannabis, and will not go out of there way to correct that perspective, a la Barack Obama.:wtf: While most republicans won't be deceptive just to gain the votes of an ignorant few.
