You should put them in regular pots. If you use the right size pot, and don't over-water, soon enough you will see roots coming out the drain holes anyway!
You can start taking them off the heat pad too when you pot them, unless your room is chilly. Your air temps should be 65-85 degrees F, and they should average 70-80 and swing about 10' between night and day. Your soil temps should stay rather stable, around 70-75'F. Too cold, and nutrient uptake is slowed to a dangerously low rate. Too warm, and you create a condition for root rot.
You will also want more lighting now that your clones have roots.
