Yes, thats true. Thats why water dries by itself, even without reaching its boiling temperature (212F). We usually dont need to heat our clothes until this temperature to dry them, do we? The natural evaporation does it by itself. The heating just accelerates the natural evaporation, until the point when evaporate is the only thing the substance can do, and it happens at the boiling point.
The nearer a substance is of its boiling point, faster it will evaporate, and further it is, slower it will evaporate. Thats why clothes dries fast at summer and slowly (or even doesnt dry) at winter.
I think this effect may be noticeable if you heat the weed at 325F as the Master wu's recipe instructs to, but if you just microwave the weed (which shouldnt reach tempertaures much higher than 212F) im almost sure the evaporation of any cannabinoids is negligible.
Anyway, the best way to know how much volatiles the weed lose is by the smell. As more the weed smells when being heated, more volatile substances its losing.
