Obviously order hydroponic systems and such, burn weed-smelling incense, order marijuana paraphernalia, post signs on your door that say "I GROW DRUGS IN MY BASEMENT"

But grow something ridiculous, like peppermint or maybe dandelions.


All in all, though, I doubt any police action against your suspicious (but technically legal) grow-op would ever be considered harassment. The police are supposed to raid houses that they think are growing, though after the second raid on your legal operation they would probably leave you alone no matter what.
