Cannabis in class...

I am wondering if people use weed to help them during classes. I personally find the herb to be a wonderful help when I attend my Educational Theory classes. I take a 3-4 hits off a bowl before I leave and the affects are drastic. My ideas become clearer, the words more articulate, and the concepts seem easier to grasp. :thumbsup:

hahaha....no, not for me. I may get more interesting ideas and concepts may be easier for me to grasp, but I am nowhere near as articulate or even able to pay close attention. When I was in high school and I went to classes high, learning anything was the last thing on my mind.

Depends on the class. In high school I used to sneak off with my friends and smoke before class, and if it was before English I'd always have a blast and really get into deep-thought mode and such.

If it were before Math, though, there would be some issues. Impossible to concentrate on that shit.

yeah, i use to go to all my music classes super stoned. It was so much fun in theory 2 and 3 when we were writing music all the time. I'd come up with some crazy chord arrangements that would sound really cool. I can't handle any type of math classes high though like turnybright said. My mind cant concentrate on it at all. With music it wasn't just visual, i mean i'd always play what i wrote on piano after putting it on the board so i could actually hear what was coming out of my head.

I never understood why one would want to go to class high.... i cant remember shit when Im stone. Once..... ONCE! exactly how many times i smoked and went to a college class. worse day of my life. Happen to be the hardest class I ever took. Aerospace structure and design, or something, the teacher was the chair of the dept. and happen to hate me. This happen to be the day that he invited me to do advanced physics equations on the board. Needless to say, I didnt smoke weed before class again. but once class and school work was done.... smoke weed everyday!! :jointsmile:

I did mh High School on an online charter school and I smoked whenever I was logged on! (Thanks to my screwing around cannabis.com haha).

It made the boring classes more bearable and it made my History/Political classes insanely fun and exciting. However I like to be a tad more sober when I deal with my Math shit or I just won't comprehend it.

I start college Friday and I will definately be stoned when I get there and I will definately smoke again when I get home.

Oh and I have always had great grades, I finished 3rd in my graduating class.

I always got high before class till my third semester. I never had any problems with math before, but I some how got my classes scheduled to have calculus followed directly by a C++ computer program class. I couldnt get my head wrapped around either one.
