I've got wicked anxiety and I find that I can speak more flowingly when I'm a bit lifted.
CannabaCharlie, my good friend's little brother (he's now 26) has Aspergers and I recently had a conversation with him about cannabis, and he SWEARS by it as a tool to make his interactions easier and less stressful.

Are you sure that's not just because of the 'negative connotation' associated with being high?

I'm sure it has some effect. I can't reveal the fact I toke. Also I tend to go a bit overboard on the toking on my not so many commitments day. I'll smoke like a chimney the entire day.

Last year at college my friends and I would always rip a fat blunt before heading off to a party. It really helps you interact and converse with people more. Even though sometimes I just got way too butted to even make sense, but it's all good. It seems like it's also much easier to make people laugh when your high so I'd have to agree with ya.

And making good conversation and making people laugh gives another high in addition: dopamine release (the reward chemical) If I'm not mistaken.

Not how you describe it, well maybe. Just less anxiety, along with being much more focused allows me to follow and add to conversations very well.
