I think if you extracted in milk/cream and made cheese w/ it, the good stuff would be mostly in the whey and the whey is thrown out during the process. I dunno for sure, but it make sense in my head. lol!

You can use canna-butter to make blue box mac and cheese, though, and it gets you ripped up! The generic stuff seems to taste better than kraft, to me, but they both taste kinda gnarly. I like to throw some of those slices of fake cheese wrapped in cellophane in w/ it to make it more cheesy, then it's tolerable anyway. heh. I usually split a box of canna-mac and cheese w/ 4 people and it more than does the trick!
