LowRyder and its hybrids are true autoflowers.
MightyMite has a semi-autoflowering trait, in that it will initiate flower (I have not seen this myself but am looking for seeds atm) under slightly longer days than the 'standard' cannabis strains will.
Autoflower basically means that a cannabis plant will flower based on genetic age, not day length. This also means you cannot clone an autoflowering plant.

Because cloning requires that a plant may be held in veg indefinitely. But a Rudi hybrid grow sex parts when it is xxx weeks old, no matter what, not when you turn the lights back.

If this is a jack, but I have a somewhat related question
What happens when a plant shows multiple pre-flowers during, and continues to grow new ones, during veg? Basically, with this increasing pre-flower production... would they eventually swell into buds, or will they just remain pre-flowers until the lights are changed? Also, just to be clear... pre-flowers in veg are not a trait of an auto-flowering strain, correct?

Right. Any sexually mature cannabis plant may show preflowers. They won't bulk up into buds; you have to truly flower for that.
MightyMite is not a true autoflower strain by the strict definition.
Look for a LowRyder instead. They are often available on Seedbay.
