If you are already a daily smoker, and you find that to better suit you, then go ahead and smoke; I don't want to stop you from having fun. I always take breaks for the same reason, always good to drop tolerance every once in a while, a day here and there not smoking never hurt Good Advice for beginners, nice post :thumbsup:
