I have a watering outdoor plants question.

For big plants how often should I be watering them.
and what about if it rains around once every 1-2 weeks but only for 1 day out of the 1-2 weeks.

and what about useing bloom ferts. Cuz if the soil stays damp kinda a lot of the time. then how and when can I give them my bloom ferts?

the plants have been getting an ASSLOAD of sun between these rains IM haveing.

Do you have any experience growing anything? How about in a pot indoors or out?

You water when the soil is "dry"

I'm in the desert SW and my plants are watered at least 3x/day for 40 minutes each duration using those flat sprinkler hoses...iow they get about 2 cups of water 3x/day. when temps are in the 1-teens I add one more watering session.
