I also enjoy Green tea but am usually too lazy to make it myself and only do so occassionally. I usually drink it after smoking a couple bowls because I find it to enhance the taste and have never noted it ruining my high, the slight amount of caffeine may even potentiate it.
It is high in anti-oxidants and studies have shown that tobacco smokers who consume 6 cups of green tea daily have a 50% less risk of getting lung cancer.

if you want to clean out and start smoking with a clean system (or need to pass a piss test). go on ebay, look up puri blend tea. it is proven to completely clean your system after drinking one gallon in under three hours. I've used it repeatedly, it never fails. If you go on ebay today, there are two auctions for it, and they even have a link to a video clip of a news investigation into passing drug tests, it's funny it shows that the tea actually works. you could wait a month to clean out, or drink tea for three hours, seems like an easy choice to me. oh yeah tea is only like ten bucks with shipping.

No not all the THC, but it will clean some out I like to have a cup before every high if I can and every high is good and my tolerance goes up at an extremely slow rate

Also it is some times nice to have any tea after smoking with a little honey in it. It makes the throat feel excellent.

P.S. if you drink it when ever you can not only before you smoke it cleans the THC and other chemicals out of your body. Also if you are trying to lose weight it helps with that too.

Dude. To just get a better high, quit for a week. Atleast in my case, my THC tolerance lessens quickly. I did'nt smoke for 3 days and yesterday it only took me one hit, and I was gone to another world. So drink lots of water and quit for a week or two.
