i was just at my local cvs and the 5htp were only 12.00 and was buy 1 get 1 for 1cent so it was a good deal,i havent took them yet, today was my first day of soberness LOL..kind of hard for me to sleep but i will get threw it, do the green tea pills work just as good as liquid tea?

ok so is it just green tea that helps clean ur system...or can other teas do the trick...

i usually drink earl grey tea...just wondering if it does the same thing as green tea....if not im flipping switching to green tea

5HTP or 5-hydroxytryptophan is a direct precurson to the neurotransmitter serotonin which is important for mood and such things as appetite. (Lack of serotonin can be responsible for depression)
This is converted to serotonin in the body and some of it passes the blood brain barrier.
Cannabinoids to interact with serotonin and 5ht receptors in some way but the details are unkown. Search google for 'serotonin tetrahydrocannabinol' or 'hydroxytryptamine cannabinoids' and you will get many results.
