To me, it sounds like you could pass. You might want to do some dilution.

It's whatever you feel comfortable with. Buy a home drug test and if you pass it, then I'd say do not sub.

Personally, I never feel comfortable substituting, so I dilute to the best of my ability and pray.

I am worried because the physical and test will be conducted at a hospital. Has anybody had a drug test at a hospital before?
