Drug test at hospital

I have just received a job offer from the County. The package states that employment is contingent on passing a physical and drug test. I am worried because the physical and test will be conducted at a hospital. Has anybody had a drug test at a hospital before?

My intent is to test myself prior to taking the physical and either using the substitution or dilution method depending on the results of the home test. I have been practicing the substitution method based on my experience with Lab Corp type clinics. I have never taken a drug test at a hospital and am worried about pulling off the sub method.

On the plus side, I can schedule the appointment for the afternoon, which would help if I do the dilution method. If my home test results are positive, substitution would be my only option.

My stats are, I am 45, 170, and 5â??7â?�. I exercise a lot, bike riding and running, and sweat like a horse. I can easily loss water weight after 2 hrs of exercise. Smoke approx 1/8 per week of mmj, I stopped 4 weeks ago but smoked approx 1 gram of kush 2 weeks ago. I need to be ready for a test in one week.

My questions
What is the test like at a hospital?
Will substitution work at a hospital?
Can I trust the home test? I drink a lot of water and usually get up at night to pee so I am not sure if the 1st pee in the morning that I test would be â??strongâ?� enough to register.

Tests at hospitals are very relaxed, if you feel inclined to sub then you'll have no problem.

Do you agree with my approach or would you go straight to the sub method.

Yeah, it won't be any different than a drug test at a testing lab or a doctor's office. The only difference is the the laboratory and the testing equipment that examines your sample will be down the hall instead of in another building.

I'm curious as to what type of test it'll be. You're assuming urine, right, if you're planning to sub? Do you know for sure it won't be blood or hair or saliva?

To me, it sounds like you could pass. You might want to do some dilution.

It's whatever you feel comfortable with. Buy a home drug test and if you pass it, then I'd say do not sub.

Personally, I never feel comfortable substituting, so I dilute to the best of my ability and pray.
