Germination
Have you tried 'scuffing' the waxy coating of the seed with fine sandpaper, yet? Overdoing it is a no-no, but this helps water to absorb into the seed cover, and kick-starts the germination process.
This is generally for hard to sprout seeds, but I do it with every batch now. Sucks waiting a week, with nothing to show but a newly messed-up schedule.
