On the evening news tonight they showed a cop in TX stopped a young fellow on way to Emergency clinic with a teacup poodle that was choking. The video is all over the news from the cops patrol car. He told the guy his dog was replaceable to forget it. As the dog laid in the back seat and slowly died! That fucker!! He is trained in Heimlick, everyone has to know how to help a choking dog!
