Just got a job interview in San Francisco!
... actually in Palo Alto.
I'm in law school on the east coast, and the interview is for a summer associate position in next summer. I'm stoked! I'd love to spend a summer out in cali.
My state has no medical cannabis. I wish I could have a medical card sent to me in the mail so I could be ready to pick up some meds while I'm there for the interview. Then again, I don't really have any serious medical issues. My muscles get sore after I work out and a few hits off the vape seems to really help. Does that count? LOL
Seriously though, if you know of anything I should do or sites I should make sure to see when I'm over there, let me know. I'm going to try to make a little trip of this. I had interviews in Chicago a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed visiting that city.jsn9333 Reviewed by jsn9333 on . Just got a job interview in San Francisco! ... actually in Palo Alto. Even if you hooked up, how the hell are you going to get it home! Don't answer, against the rules, but think on it!
Granny/ Stromcrow, check out her post's, think you'll get some info there that may help. You can get your 'recommendation' the same day. The problem is, you have to make an appt. to buy. Because, they check out your 'recommendation!'
I would hope our mmj use is not abused. With serious pain problems, we need it. Right now the legislation is reviewing how much we can grow and hold! The least you could do is claim insomnia or something and sound a little more legit! WE NEED TO PROTECT THIS RIGHT FOR MEDICATION. You need to find a way to help us not lose our laws to have it!
If you get mmj here, it would be no different than getting it in your own state; cause you really don't seem to have a good reason for it. HOWEVER, I admire your honesty and have to respect that!
Get the job and just stay! pr Have a good interview. Hope you remember your trip (whichever ones you select in CA)!

Yeah, if it was technically against the rules for me to get it for sore muscles/insomnia, then I wouldn't even want to do it. If the law is starting to move in my favor, then I don't want to keep breaking it and risk having the law (or rather, the political sentiment, which ultimately is responsible for law) to start going back the other direction.
On the other hand, I do currently take over the counter meds for both those things (not regularly, but probably once a week more or less).
I wouldn't want to bring any back, just to enjoy it there in CA.
thanks for wishing me luck!

i got mine before i moved to cali because i wanted at least the last half of my drive with babies to be legal! the problem i ran into is this... you need a CA drivers license. Getting a CA ID requires an address which they mail to your house. I thought this strange cause the state i moved from just hands you an ID on your way out the door. Many docs wont except the temp. piece of paper that they give you at the DMV. I was lucky and the person I was staying with let me use their address and I changed it when I moved. But short of this... I would wait until you move!
