I lived in Belgium, I know it doesn't get that cold.......I also lived in North Dakota for 10 years, and snear at anything above freezing. These guys are native texans and think that a snow flake will kill them if hit by it directly......lol

I don't really care whether or not the Cup is going on while I'm in A-dam, I'm pretty sure I can get just as stoned during the Cup as any other time of the year. Or sitting in my living room, for that matter.......imp:

The coldest I experienced while in Holland was around - 20.
The smoking ban only applies to tobacco , this does not mean you can toke up wherever you want. Ask if you aren't sure but remember not to think "it's Amsterdam we can toke anywhere" , it isn't true.
The cup is fun but Amsterdam always has something to do any time of the year.
