I know the text of Prop. 215 and SB 420, but I grew up in a poor neighborhood so I realize that there is a huge difference between what the law says and what the police actually do. According to the text of the law, it's okay to smoke in public. But in practice, is it okay to smoke in public? I like to take walks and smoke, but only in secluded areas, just in case. Rating: 5
