Hi nshelp; Welcome to the site. I take a lot of meds, as you and understand your frustration and the cost. It is a helluva dicotomy! Spend $35. for 500 of those pills and $400. for an ounce of something that helps-so much more.

I do not have cancer, my heart goes out to you. Pain is pain, depression and oppressing. Unfortunately, I can see, you are not going to be growing anything (outside your head) and that breaks my heart to hear!

Glad you found it here and will try to be as supportive and helpful as I possibly can!

I'd think your oncologist would know of the pill form of this med your insurance will get for you. I'd ask!

Enjoy your new home here and be sure to turn your site on when times are tuff. Everyone here, is pretty nice. The nasty comes out at times, I attribute it to pain or ignorance--like an eggroll, you don't know what you are gonna get until you bite in. So, enjoy and we will enjoy your company as well!

Run around the site and enjoy the threads, a lot are pretty funny. when you are in so much pain and are depressed with it-Start reading. You'll cry and laugh and feel so much better after having been here!:rastasmoke:
