The sports drink will help with specific gravity and I wouldn't intake more than 32oz of fluid. No point in coming up negative dilute with 30 days under your belt.

Occasional user prior to the 5th July 5th smoked at Tom Petty Concert July 18th took on hit at friends house. Have been clean every day after the 5th except the 18th. I have a test in the next couple of days for a job. I took the Walgreen home test called "Phamatech at home drug test of Marijuana" I passed this morning August 12th with my first morning void.
