There's a couple books you need to read. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the book, but it was an incredible story on Jimi Hendrix and how this whole big set up resulted in his murder.

And I always thought it was common knowledge that Morrison did in fact die because of his drug use. He was always spotted in all the underground heroin bars in France before he died. That fateful night he was all messed up and wanted to cool off, so he drew a bath and the result was heart failure from his body cooling off too fast.

I feel the biggest lose to the music world was Jimi Hendrix. If he was still around the music world would be a different place. He probably would have influenced the African American sector more and we would have never had this gangster rap and go go music that is somehow considered music.
