1st grow

Ok Hopefully someone can gimme advice fairly soon, I just noticed a few roots sticking out the bottom holes in my pots. I assume its about time to transplant but i'm not sure. I WAS going to use Foxfarm ocean forest but I think it might be too soon for a soil with nutes(9 days) so should I get bigger pots and fill it with the jiffy seed starting mix for just hold out for a while and transplant when i was going to put the good soil in there? (btw the grow store is closed and I dunno if i have the cash for the foxfarm right now)

the second plant has a little brown tip on the right, I'm not sure what it is just yet, but I hope I didn't overwater it (watered a bit too much yesterday when I had a hangover

They are about 12 days old now
