1 seed per cup. Careful when watering, as the seed can migrate. (get washed away) Usually ends-up down the side of the cup, never to be seen again, lol. A slow-gentle mist with a sprayer, to keep soil moist, not wet.

The lighting refrenced is merely a guide. I've a bad habit of cramming as much light in as my ventilation set-up can handle. Hell, I'd put 5 1,000 watters in my shed, if I could get away with it. Altho there is a point of diminishing return, I've never reached it, lol.

If you get a thermometer with a humidity indicator, that will tell you if you need a dehumidifier. (30-45% is where mine lands) You want to keep the humidity down a bit, especially during flower. (mold) But it all depends on your situation. If in a humid locale, like Seattle, Houston, England...likely you'll need one.

A photo negative generator? For removing odors...? Never tried one, but there are ghetto deodorizer projects here on CanCom, somewhere.
