I am going to be drug tested for the first time EVER! (for a new job) I'm a heavy smoker, daily for the past 5 years. I'm also female about 5'7'' and 115 pounds.

I am REALLY concerned i have to get this job and I cant fail or my reputation will be at stake.

I have been clean for about 5 days (but drank mixed drinks during those 5 days), and have about 14 days before I have to do a urine test.

I plan on drinking plenty of water from now on, and adding in some sports drinks and cranberry juice too. I was also going to exercise daily and sit in the sauna to sweat it out, along with taking cleanzing pills.

Is this all the right thing to do? any tips and advice will be extreamly helpful, i'm VERY nervous!!
