Killer: whats an initial detremenation? Is that after the interview?
Has anyone ever gotten a lawyer and not gotten ssi?
Im just drained out of all my savings long ago and it sucks depending on people.
The initial determenation is just the first determination after they've looked at all the evidence. Over 70% get turned down the first time. Then you file an appeal, try to get more evidence to increase your chances. Then if its turned down that time you get to appeal to a judge.
