And believe me, they will sit right in front of you and tell you exactly how long you paid in to decide if you get SSD or SSI! If you have paid in a long time, you are entitled to SSD. It allows you to own things. Property, nice car and have a good life, if you can figure out how to support it on the penny's they give you.

SSI is nice, it pays 100% of your medical bills, but you cannot own a thing! So, think about what is best for you!:hippy:

I think the insurance company's got shitty before SS benefits got so hard to get. Guess, if ins. co's can screw u; the Gov't shall, as well! I just hope it all goes well for you and you appear in a lot of pain and hobble around!

It is sad that most people, even the disable, think: If you can walk and talk, there is nothing wrong with you! That thinking sucks and so do people who think it.

Sadly, the people that need to give u your benefits, pretty much think like that!

Filing Dissability and being a MMJ pateint Okay,So since it has been a year and no work,I was told by a freind that I should apply for ssi,So I did,Got a packet in the mail and when I was filling it out it asked what medications I am prescribed..................... ....I know I have a recommendation and not a prescription,BUt I dont put down That I use weed......you know.
