Going to california, need advice.

I am not planning on bringing anything illegal to/from on my trip. I just want to know, legally, if I can buy a bong in California, and bring it home (no resin, un-used), without being arrested.

If you are flying home, heres my PERSONAL opinion.

Go get a card board box. Bubble wrap the SHIT out of it. fill it with packing peanuts. encase it with foam, what ever you can do to make sure its safe, and mail it home to yourself.
Nobody will care you are mailing it to yourself.. When we found a traveler flying out of Jackson Hole Wy, with 20" deer antler handled knifes and why they cant fly with them in their carry ons. We would point them to where they can mail it home to themselves..

um, i disagree! check local laws....not FAA laws. remember we all found out about montell williams medical issues because he took a clean pipe thru an airport and got ticketed and lost the pipe! F-ing BS for such a great man!

I brought home a bong and a chillum, just put in a box w/ tissue paper, and put it in the middle of the suitcase, didn't even get questioned.
